Our Programs

Thoughtfully designed, play-based supports that meet children where they are and grow with them over time.

Every child’s needs are different, and there is no one-size-fits-all path. Our programs are designed to support children across developmental stages while remaining flexible, individualized, and family-centered. Placement is determined collaboratively through conversation, observation, and ongoing assessment.

EARLY CHILDHOOD ABA

Best for children ages ~2–6

Beehave Academy specializes in early intervention for young children, supporting foundational skills during a critical period of growth and development. Our early childhood program is play-based, relationship-driven, and thoughtfully designed to help children build communication, emotional regulation, social engagement, and independence in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

We believe early learning should be joyful, not rushed. Therapy is embedded within play, daily routines, and child-led activities, allowing children to develop skills while feeling safe, supported, and understood. Our clinicians meet each child where they are and gently scaffold learning at a pace that respects their readiness and individuality.

Early intervention at Beehave focuses on:

  • Functional communication and language development

  • Joint attention and social connection

  • Emotional regulation and flexibility

  • Early play, imitation, and learning readiness skills

  • Foundational life skills that support preschool and kindergarten readiness

Families are an essential part of the early intervention process. We work closely with caregivers to ensure strategies carry over into daily life at home and in the community, and we provide ongoing guidance and collaboration to support each child’s progress beyond the clinic.

Our goal is not simply to prepare children for school — it’s to help them build confidence, curiosity, and skills that support long-term independence and quality of life.

SCHOOL-AGE ABA

Best for elementary-aged children

Individualized ABA support for school-aged children focused on independence, flexibility, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and peer relationships. Services are designed to support success at school, at home, and in the community — while honoring each child’s learning style and developmental needs.

For families seeking additional academic support, Beehave Academy is also the clinical partner to Adapt, an educational program offering small-group tutoring and instruction led by certified teachers. Adapt services are tuition-based and separate from ABA therapy, providing families with an option for integrated therapeutic and academic support.

Adapt academic services are anticipated to launch in Fall 2026. Participation in Adapt is optional and not required to receive ABA services at Beehave.

SOCIAL GROUPS

Best for children seeking meaningful peer connection

Beehave Academy’s social groups are designed to support authentic connection, confidence, and belonging — not scripted social behavior. We focus on helping children build real relationships by understanding themselves, navigating emotions, and connecting with peers in ways that feel natural and respectful.

Groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully structured to support shared interests, collaboration, and communication. Rather than teaching children to mask or perform socially, we emphasize self-advocacy, flexibility, emotional awareness, and problem-solving within peer interactions.

Our social groups may support:

  • Building friendships around shared interests

  • Understanding social boundaries and perspectives

  • Emotional regulation within group settings

  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving

  • Communication and self-advocacy with peers

Social groups are facilitated by experienced clinicians who create a supportive environment where children feel safe to practice skills, make mistakes, and grow. Families receive ongoing communication about group focus areas and progress, helping reinforce skills beyond the clinic.

Our goal is for children to feel more confident, connected, and comfortable being themselves — both within the group and in their everyday social environments.

FAMILY SUPPORT & CONSULTATION

Best for families navigating home, school, and support systems

Supporting a neurodivergent child doesn’t stop at the clinic. Beehave Academy offers family support and consultation services designed to help caregivers feel confident, informed, and supported across home, school, and community settings.

This service is collaborative and relationship-driven. We work alongside families to better understand their child’s needs, identify practical strategies, and navigate challenges related to behavior, communication, routines, and emotional regulation. Support is individualized and responsive, meeting families where they are and adapting as needs change.

Family support and consultation may include:

  • Parent coaching and guidance

  • Support with behavior, routines, and communication at home

  • Collaboration with schools and outside providers

  • Guidance around IEPs, educational planning, and advocacy

  • Problem-solving during periods of transition or increased stress

Our goal is to reduce overwhelm and help families feel empowered with tools that fit naturally into daily life. Consultation is not about “doing more” — it’s about finding sustainable, supportive solutions that work for the whole family.
